Q – Are the products original?

A – The products sold on www.bb-luxury.com are all 100% original. Purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.

 

Q – How do you get the retail prices?

A – The retail price shown in the catalog is the official italian retail price incl. Tax, provided by the brand.

 

Q – How long will my order take to arrive?

A – Delivery times depend on the country of delivery. Non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 5 workdays.

 

Q – Can I follow my order?

A – Yes, after the payment you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code.

 

Q – Can I return a product?

A – Yes, you can return a product within 14 days. We will only refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn labeled merchandise in its original condition. Send us an e-mail (info@bb-luxury.com) to start the returning procedure.

 

Q – Who pays return shipping costs?

A – The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. B&B Luxury is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
